Salary: £35k-38k
Location : London/remote split

Ignata Finance are representing a luxury beauty brand for the recruitment of an FP&A Analyst to sit within their high-performing finance team. This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to build and improve reporting across EMEA as part of the business transformation.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Running Weekly Sales reporting and analysis for the EMEA region, analysing sales by channel, by country, by store and by product
  • Participating in the implementation of a monthly reporting pack outlining key financial performance metrics
  • Providing timely commentary and variance analysis to support understanding of financial performance against Budget, Forecasts and prior year
  • Supporting the transition of financial reporting to Board at EMEA level
  • Supporting the annual budget process including consolidation of results, challenging submissions and putting together presentations
  • Working on quarterly forecasts
  • Producing in-depth global sales analysis
  • Supporting the Senior FP&A Manager with ad-hoc analysis including coordinating data gathering from the local countries and the Commercial team
  • Reviewing and improving existing processes to create relevant and value-adding analysis
  
Qualifications, Skills & Experience :
  • 3-5 years of experience in an international retail organization, preferably a luxury business
  • Proven relevant accounting experience and technical knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Commercial teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders from different departments
  • Organised, detail oriented, deadline driven with an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. (v-lookups, pivots)
