Our client, an international infrastructure business, is seeking to appoint a Corporate Tax & Statutory Reporting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate tax and/or financial accounting professional to join a FTSE 250 business to manage the corporate tax compliance and statutory accounting processes.

Client Details

Our client is a multinational infrastructure group that finances, develops, builds and maintains innovative and efficient infrastructure. Their support functions are crucial to ensure the business can successfully deliver projects on behalf of their clients.


Working with the Head of Tax & Accounting you will:

  • manage the preparation, review and submission of the corporate tax returns for the group
  • assist with related disclosure elements in the computations including transfer pricing, interest restriction, CFC review and capital allowances
  • work with advisors to prepare a sizeable RDEC claim
  • assist with the preparation of the year end corporate tax figures for the Group accounts (consolidated and statutory)
  • work with the Head of Tax to manage the tax strategy for the Group
  • take the lead on technology projects, such as process automation and MTD
  • manage the preparation, review and audit of the Group's subsidiary statutory accounts for the UK and assisting with any audit queries
  • assist with ad hoc tax queries and advisory projects


  • qualification or working towards a qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA)
  • 2+ years PQE
  • strong communication skills
  • self-motivated
  • experience using OneSource is highly desirable
