Your new role
As Finance manager, you will lead a small team ensuring that daily transactions are properly recorded.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead purchase ledger, credit control and client finance functions to ensure that cashflow is maintained and accurate records are kept.
You will be responsible for bank reconciliations, and control account reconciliations at month end.
In addition you will review processes and look to improve the use of IT to enhance efficiencies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced manager of finance teams with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience and at least 2 years experience of managing a team.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of maintaining strong financial controls and effective credit control policies to maintain cashflow.
