PS Resourcing is working on behalf of an International advisory firm with a strong regional Corporate Finance service line which consists of both M&A and Transaction Services. The Transaction Services team is now looking to hire an Assistant Director / Manager to focus on Mid-Market due diligence projects in Yorkshire and the North East.

Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis, and to build sustainable and profitable external and internal client relationships. You will have a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and or reporting accountants work.

This is a unique opportunity as the role involves both the delivery of projects as well as business development / deal origination activities so in order to apply, candidates must possess both strong technical and interpersonal skills. There is also a clear path for progression subject to performance.
