Client Details
A well funded PE backed Real Estate Investment firm located in Central London are looking to grow their Finance department and appoint a Finance Manager on an initial contract basis with the idea of going permanent a few months later.
Description
- Full ownership in the preparation of the month-end which includes journals, accruals & prepayments
- Preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing the monthly management reporting packs
- Assisting with year-end audit
- Ad-hoc work
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience working the Real Estate industry
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and be used to constant change
