Senior Management Accountant - Manufacturing

Elevation Senior Finance are currently looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant in Elland on behalf of an innovative market-leading Manufacturing business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a fast-paced role that will form a crucial link between finance and the wider business.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

-Partner with other departments, such as Marketing or Product Development to provide useful insight into their performance and enhance their support for the business
-Manage and support the performance and development of a team
-Support the global rollout of a major new ERP across several subsidiaries
-Provide guidance and training to overseas admin staff on how to use the ERP system
-Liaise regularly with overseas finance staff to ensure accounts are closed in line with the month-end timetable and ensure that any P&L performance issues are fully understood
-Work with subsidiary management and finance staff to identify and improve performance issues
-Manage subsidiary working capital in areas such as aged debt and cash flow forecasting
-Involvement in performance review meetings
-Effectively reconcile and resolve any balance sheet issues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of P&L performance
-Ensure newly acquired subsidiaries are successfully integrated into A-Safe's policies, procedures and systems
-Implement the group's policies and procedures in all subsidiaries
-Assist with month-end consolidation routines
-Assist with group annual budget process
