Head of Financial Reporting

greenwellgleeson has been instructed to work in partnership with fast growing diverse group as they look to recruit a Head of Financial Reporting. In this newly created role, the key duties will focus around managing and developing a small team and taking overall responsibility for the consolidated monthly and annual reporting, manage working capital, overseeing tax, managing the consolidated budgeting, working with operations to understand performance as well as working with the Group FC to drive operational and strategic change in the group to improve overall group performance. To be considered for the role you will ideally have trained in a large practice firm and possess excellent technical accounting skill, have the ability to regularly and effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholder and also you will need to demonstrate ability to drive strategic change and delivering best practice on controls and process across the group.
