My client based in North London have a fantastic opportunity for a payroll manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Duties will include :
Responsible for the management of 2 payroll administrators.
Work with HR and Operations to accurately onboard new employees.
Together with HR, process any contract changes and leavers.
Responsible for the maintenance of the payroll system, implementing new processes and procedures where necessary.
Responsible for delivering a timely and accurate weekly payroll.
Process Pension deductions
Resolving any payroll queries adhering to deadlines.
Checking the accuracy of timesheets, supporting the work of the payroll administrators.
In addition to the above, the post-holder can be expected to:
· Take responsibility for their job description
· Take an active role in determining their development needs and agreeing programmes to meet those needs
· Carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, its title and are requested by the post-holder’s line manager.
