Axon Moore are currently working with a successful organisation based in Blackburn, who are looking to recruit an ambitious Finance Business Partner. At the forefront of the sector and going through substantial growth due to recent acquisitions, this is an exciting time to join the business.

This is an excellent newly created role that will hold a high degree of autonomy to manage the commercial and operational performance of across several divisions.

You will be involved in new mergers and acquisitions, and finance business partnering across multiple UK sites. Due to the nature of the role, ah hoc travel will be necessary.

Key responsibilities:
  • Business partnering across multiple sites.
  • Management of month end process, including lead on management of the balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Production of monthly management reporting.
  • Assist with the production of the Group’s external reporting requirements.
  • Assist in co-ordination and presentation of the Group’s budget.
  • Proactively input into the management of the financial control environment and processes.
  • Development and improvement of newly implemented ERP system.
  • Support cash flow planning and reporting.
The position will be hands on and progressive, reporting into a high calibre Head of Finance. Ideally the candidate will be newly qualified or finalist ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA with strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
