SF Executive are working with an asset rich SME in East Anglia that is backed by a private equity house to find a new Chief Financial Officer.
As right hand to the CEO you will lead on all financial, management and statutory reporting as well as shaping, leading and directing the underlying strategy of the business.
You will also be the first point of contact for the main investor as well and banks and other providers of finance.
Given the relatively complicated debt structure of the business, you will be a PE savvy CFO that has already worked in an asset heavy business and will be used to dealing with the funders that help finance this class of organisation.
The ultimate aim is to sell the business and you will be appropriately financially incentivised to make this plan a reality.
