Our client, a PE backed Energy business, is looking for an Interim CFO for the next 6 Months.
After recently completing on a carve out, our SME client is now looking to build a fit for purpose finance function. The key focus for this assignment is to ensure the business is more cashflow focused, implement strong rigor to all processes and set up the finance function to support this growing and highly acquisitive organisation.
Ideally you will have been exposed to a recent carve out and setup finance processes with the new business OR experience within a larger organisation and PE backed SME business creating a robust finance function.
