Head of Finance

I am currently working with a fast paced, growing recruitment consultancy headquartered in London with international offices who are looking for a Head of Finance to join the team. This is an exciting SME with ambitious plans and a forward thinking approach and excellent social culture.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Day to day management of the companies finance operations
• Management accounting for the senior management team
• Forecasting and KPI analysis
• Staff management and development
• Compliance and audit processes

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified finance professional with proven recruitment sector experience. You will have strong management reporting and staff leadership capabilities with a flexible, hands on approach and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
