Description

Working as part of the global leadership team the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis will be tasked with developing the newly created FP&A function to improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance.

By getting out into the business you will deliver insight and provide analysis and financial reports that link to business strategies and drive performance.

You will take a lead on the development and management of the annual and monthly forecasts and budgeting process. Working with business managers you will perform variance analysis and work with them to make improvements.

As this organisation strives to be the best it can be you will work with the leadership team on continuous improvement projects. This may include projects related to documenting processes, improving the quality of reports and performance improvement.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience of working in leadership capacity in a commercially focused position.

They will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and a passion for business partnering.

They will be a team player and a natural leader of people that is driven by the success of their team.

Strong commercial skills are a must for this role and prior experience of Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Partnering.

Open to travelling to the Crawley area 2-3 days per week.
