Finance Director | £75,000 - £90,000 | Hybrid role - Remote working with an office in Brighton | Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality, FMCG

As a qualified senior finance professional, you'll be looking to get your teeth into a new project. A project where you'll play a key, visible and influential role as part of an energised leadership team in a Finance Director capacity.

Taking a lead in the business from a financial and strategic perspective, your technical accounting skills will be firmly in your locker with this role heavily focussed on providing detailed data and insights to enable operational decision making. You'll be responsible for not just the delivery of the numbers but the analysis behind it.
 
Joining an established, successful food and beverage retail business with rapid and sustainable growth plans, it's essential that you have experience within F&B or a comparable sector. With two instantly recognisable and respected brands, you'll bring with you the drive and passion for growth, an ability to challenge as well as significant experience in process improvement with a track record of offering solutions and delivering change.

The Finance Director role will be primarily based in Brighton with an element of remote hybrid working available. You will hold a professional accountancy qualification and of course have the experience and transferable skills to meet the requirements of the job at hand. But it will be your agility, your management experience, your commerciality, your ability to prioritise key business needs, and your flexible skill set that will get you the job.

• Professionally qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Commercially minded and a confident self starter who is happy to challenge the status quo
• A skilled communicator with a high level of energy and productivity working effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• With a small finance team to support you, you'll be comfortable in both a hands-on and strategic role
• With your F&B, hospitality or FMCG background, you'll have sound experience of a restaurant or stock management system
