Working with a well-established commercial finance team and interacting with sales, buying and other key operational stakeholders, this is a fantastic step for a newly qualified analyst or proven business partner. The role combines a mix of true business partnering, operational financial analysis and projects, very much at the front line of decision making.

This high growth company was recently acquired by a larger group to drive their product offering to consumers across the UK. This has culminated in cementing a strong UK footprint and high level relationships with some of the most well-known UK brands.

The role of Finance Business Partner is a hands on opportunity to support the team in aspects of story-telling analysis and operational finance with a specific focus on business partnering sales and operations to drive the brand/ business forward. The ideal individual has to possess a strong grounding in finance with a passion for delivering financial support to an ever evolving business. Experience of working within a supply chain, fmcg, retail or manufacturing business where you have supported people across all levels of the business will be highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will come from an analytical background with experience supporting a diverse stakeholder group. You will have a bigger picture mind set to support, improve and challenge the status quo and drive positive change. You will be have a keen interest in business partnering and a flexible approach to work. A recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who is a strong team player, willing to help and support peers within a well- rounded finance team would be perfect in making this a success and take your career to the next level.
