Finance Manager

My client an established SME based on the outskirts of Stroud are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will be responsible for the day to day running of the team.

Finance Manager Job Specification

• Management of Admin Team
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis
• Monthly reconciliation of control accounts, including stock accounts
• Preparation of monthly management information including accurate product costings, gross margin report and sales analysis.
• Provision of information for business KPI's
• Preparation of annual budget pack and monitor monthly variances
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts and audit information as required
• Liaising with financial and tax Auditors
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register & depreciation schedules
• Review and analysis of customer returns
• Preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts & daily monitoring of multi-currency bank accounts
• Reconciliation and monthly payment of Supplier accounts
• Quarterly VAT Returns
• Running Monthly payroll, RTI and pension submissions
• Management of personnel files
• Preparation and submission of P11d's to HMRC
• Management of Company pension and Life Insurance schemes
• Managing full portfolio of business insurances
• Submission of statutory information eg National Statistics and Data Protection
• Control of import and export documentation
• Organise and Control annual stock take and valuation
