Management Accountant

Due to continued growth, we are partnering exclusively with a business are exceeding growth expectations and now in a position to appoint a Management Accountant on a part time basis. This company has an excellent reputation for staff retention (average tenure over 10 years) and is pleased to be able to offer flexibility in the hours for the right individual - ideally 28 - 32 hours per week.

This role has lots of opportunities including a wide remit and the potential to work with the Financial Controller on process improvements and developing the finance team.

The initial responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts including detailed variance analysis and commentary
• Cash flow reporting, working capital management and scenario modelling
• Working with the Finance Director to identify and deliver system and process improvements
• Assisting with the day to day work flow within the finance function

To be considered for this role you will have experience in a management accountant position with good excel skills. Experience in manufacturing or stock based business would be advantageous and a stable work history will be looked upon favourably.
