An interim Financial Controller role for a growing on-line retail business in Manchester.

Your new role
A key role reporting to the Financial Director and leading a small team of 4 staff. You will be responsible for delivering Management and Financial Accountants, including Budgets & Forecasts and key commercial analysis. You will also be responsible for a Balance Sheet clean up project and general improvements to systems and controls. You will supervise the team and ensure reporting deadlines are met and the general quality of management information.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience if a broad FM / FC role in a growing SME. You will be well organised and comfortable managing a small team to deliver strong controls and quality MI. You will be highly IT literate, particularly in Excel and enjoy developing and improving systems. Able to start at short notice, you will be happy to commit to up to at least 3 months. .
