A growing business based near Blackburn is currently recruiting for an experienced and hardworking Management Accountant to join its growing team.
This fast paced, dynamic business needs an experienced Management Accountant to provide effective management accounting, delivering accurate information and data for inclusion in monthly management/statutory account packs and planning, complying with all legislative and regulatory requirements across the business.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual, keen to join a business going through significant transformation.

As Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate, compliant and timely accounting information to underpin the production of management account packs.
• Collating, analysing and understanding P&L and balance sheet, proactively identifying and explaining variances and anomalies.
• Adhering to all governance, risk, compliance and financial internal controls.
• Providing accurate data and information on actuals for key colleagues to support forecasting and planning activities.

• A CIMA qualified accountant
• Ability to deliver in a demanding environment
• Proven track record in, communication an engagement at multiple levels
• Ability to engage, challenge and influence system users
• Appropriate professional qualification/experience
• Strong data analysis and management skills
• Excellent critical thinking and solution creation skills
• Confident and resilient
