Finance Manager | £45,000 - £60,000 | Kendal | High Growth PE Backed Business | 2nd or 3rd time move post-qualification | Demanding but highly progressive opportunity
The business:
Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with a CFO in a high growth PE backed business to recruit their new Finance Manager. This business has grown exponentially through the pandemic, dominating existing markets and expanding into new domains. The expansion is not slowing down so they are continuing to invest heavily in all parts of their business. This will be a fast paced, high change and demanding environment but will be very rewarding for the right individual.
The opportunity:
This role will work closely with the Head of Finance and CFO who are both market experts and highly regarded in their field. The role will be end to end in its overview of accounts, so candidates need to be strong both technically and commercially as a foundation. There are large scale investments being made across the group where your experience will be tested and developed in the coming years. With this in mind the CFO will have a close mentoring relationship with the Finance Manager with a vested interest in your success. With the trajectory that this business is on, it is important that the Finance Manager be very be driven and aspirational as progression and promotion in this role is a given.
