Your Purpose

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Audit Manager to join our team.  This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career within a global environment.

The Internal Audit Manager’s primary purpose is to Support the Director of Internal Audit for the EMEA APAC regions on the delivery of the Annual Audit plan and support the delivery of the Global Internal Audit plan where required.

This role will support in the EMEA APAC Sox Programme, lead small investigations and support on any more complex divisional investigations. The role will also support in the delivery of the Global teams Data Analytics Strategy and IT Audit Programme.

The role will lead a small team and so will be required to inspire and engage and develop the function.

About You

We’re a really values driven business and so we need brilliant leaders with significant Audit experience who are able to demonstrate authenticity, and an open, honest and engaging style.  This role works very closely with stakeholders globally, and so you’ll need to be someone who has a deep understanding and can demonstrate how a business operates from a commercial, supply chain and manufacturing perspective.

  • Proven track record of managing large & complex audits. Experience of operational and financial (including full business) audits and consulting services.
  • A mix of internal and external audit experience or a mix of audit experience along with accounting experience would also be considered.
  • Strong technical audit and financial skills with a comprehensive understanding of Internal Auditing Standards, IFRS, GAAP, PCAOB standards, SEC Regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO and evaluations of systems of internal controls.
  • Knowledge of multiple business areas including Commercial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Finance, HR.
  • Ability to develop and coach direct and indirect reports, peers and team members, assign responsibilities and hold people accountable.
  • Knowledge of the complexities of a global company and ability to work within a matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to work well with senior executives, leveraging strong intellectual, conceptual, and analytical skills.
  • The presence, credibility and communication skills (written and verbal) required to influence others at all levels within the organization.
