Financial Accountant

Sellick Partnership have been engaged by a multi-billion dollar organisation who are going from strength to strength to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant.

Our client is continually expanding in to new markets and working closely with the international and UK teams you will be responsible for group cash flow forecasting, preparation of VAT returns, production of weekly P&L, liaise with Auditors and a smooth year end process along with management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.

General responsibilities of the Management Accountant:-

· Calculation of Payroll accruals and reconciliation of Payroll control accounts

· Calculation of Service Charges to Intra Group Companies

· Production of annual budgets for parent company and Group Payroll costs

· Production of consolidated group management account's packs

· Preparing group cash flow forecast

· Preparation of quarterly group VAT returns

· Work closely with the external auditors to ensure a smooth year end process

· Online bank payment authorisations

The successful Management Accountant will have a background in a fast growth environment and will likely be recently qualified or a few years PQE with business partnering exposure / interest (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).

Ideally, you will have experience from a similar dynamic and complex business and have the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities, working to tight deadlines. More importantly, you will have the ability to build successful relationships with partners across the business.
