Axon Moore have been engaged by a PE backed service provider based in Leeds to assist in the hire of a Finance Manager to lead one of their Divisions.
Reporting into the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for a team of 3 & have autonomy of the day to day running of the Finance function.
You will play a key role in defining the future direction of the division and this will involve working very closely with the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts journals, bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Production of draft management accounts and management accounts pack
- Production of variance analysis, commentary & weekly flash reports
- Preparation of reports for budget holders
- Prepare and submit the quarterly VAT return in advance of the relevant deadline
- Manage the budgeting process with key internal stakeholders
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Strong system skills
- Experience in overseeing the production of monthly & annual accounts
- Confident dealing with non-finance stakeholders
