The Opportunity

If you have recently qualified in a top or mid tier firm you have likely had a busy few years!! So firstly – congratulations!

It’s a sensible time to weigh up your career options and the big question is : Do you want to stay in practice and progress to partner level or do you want to move into industry and build a career on the other side of the fence?

If you don’t want to stay in practice then this role is superb!

It’s working within a large group who delivering massive growth.  Your role is extremely varied and you’ll enjoy structured mentoring and support from the Group FC to allow you to develop confidently and swiftly.

Hybrid working so plenty of flexibility in this role.

You will enjoy

Plenty of interaction with non finance colleagues in operational and commercial functions giving you chance to build valuable business acumen whilst building some great relationships.

It’s a role designed to give you a gentle landing into industry whilst also giving you the headroom to be constantly challenged and stretched – basically you’ll be set up to succeed rather than left to 'sink or swim'.

You’ll need a solid academic track record and completed ACA – it’s also a role for someone with ambition and drive – there is a clear career development plan in place.

You will need:

• ACA qualification – newly qualified.
• A background in audit or accounts prep within a top or medium tier practice.

• A natural interest in business and a desire to step away from financial accounting and into business partnering.
