Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire our client seeks an Assistant Accountant/Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

This job would suit an individual with AAT Level 2 and 3 Qualifications, or currently studying an accounting qualification. Motor dealership experience is required for this role.

The company are a well-established motor company and highly regarded within their industry.

The successful individual will have demonstrable experience in an accountancy practice. They will have good attention to detail with good time management and organisational skills. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft suite is also essential, especially good Excel knowledge.

Fixed Asset Register - Inc Depreciation Journal MonthlyAssist with day-to-day queries from different level staff in the businessMonth End Journals - Standard Accruals, Prepayments, Profit & Loss review adjustments & Vehicle DepreciationBalance Sheet ReconciliationsManufacturer Statement Reconciliations Vehicle Debt ReviewVAT ReturnProduction of Management AccountsOther duties as Requested
