My client is an ambitious manufacturer with a very strong product offering that has recently attracted Private Equity investment.
It is still an early-stage business but with huge potential for growth, a talented senior leadership team and a highly supportive Private Equity backer.
Therefore, we need a detail oriented and ‘hands on’ FD happy working in an SME environment, but with the gravitas and capability to help quickly scale a business in a private equity environment where demands for information will be high and a fast pace of working required.
You will work closely with a top-quality MD with fantastic market knowledge and experience, as their ‘right hand person’ driving the growth and ultimately the value of the business. You will be expected to challenge and support the MD in equal measure and take a leading role in strategic and commercial decision making.
Applicants must have suitable manufacturing experience behind them and a genuine desire to embark on an exciting journey from early stage PE investment through to execution of the long term exit plan. Prior experience of Private Equity is helpful but not essential.
There is a strong salary package available for this role including equity participation from the outset.
