Cry Havoc a fast growing Creative Content Marketing Agency operating in a an exciting sector and have large growth ambitions.

We are looking to appoint a Finance Manager, to take over the management of day to day finance operations. This is the first appointment and as such your remit will be very broad however you will be central to finance management of the business. The role will suit a confident outgoing personality as you will be the main point of contact for the finance department with in the business. As the business continues to grow you will grow with the business and your opportunities to develop in the business will continue to evolve.

The main overview of responsibilities will include: 

  • Production of Monthly Management Accounts (Including P&L and Balance Sheet)  
  • Cash flow forecasting 
  • Monitoring performance KPI's 
  • Budgeting and Forecasting 
  • Conducting cost/ profitability analysis 
  • Managing day to day finance operations
  • VAT returns 
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • Intercompany Recharges 
  • Year-end preparation and filing accounts with companies house 
  • Fixed assets  tracking
  • Prepare year end audit file 

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following: 

  • Ideally CIMA/ ACCA Qualified (Qualified by Experience will also be considered)  
  • Strong analytical skills  
  • Amazing attention to detail 
  • People management skills  
  • Good problem solver  
  • Business partnering skills 

Ideally have worked in a people services business 

Salary dependant on experience. You must live within a commutable distance of Leeds as the role will be primarily office based
