Your new role
In your new role you will be joining a very successful and driven firm to assist companies in making the right acquisitions, financial transactions and strategic alliances in order to grow and develop in their competitive global markets.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant and preferably have no more than two years PQE and possess strong report writing and reviewing skills. You should also be able to quickly develop an understanding of the target business, interpret and analyse financial information and projections, review historical trading and the adequacy of working capital facilities Your previous experience within an accountancy firm will allow you to understand the importance of managing a varied workload with strict deadlines, all whilst developing your commercial acumen and ability to spot additional opportunities for the firm. You must also be a team player, supportive and friendly as well as possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
