My client, a fascinating Global Business based near Sittingbourne, is looking to recruit an ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant, ideally looking to make their first move from practice.
A growing company with a fantastic reputation for developing staff, they are keen to find a recently qualified accountant who is looking to join a growing business and work closely with a forward thinking senior leadership team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is an ideal role for someone keen to advance their career and who is looking to actively pursue promotion within 18 months of appointment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:-
Preparing the monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet review
Implementing and managing financial controls and risk
Preparing VAT returns
Cash management and treasury
Supporting with tax reporting and compliance
IFRS reporting
Supporting the wider finance team
Requirements
Fully Qualified Accountant with a strong financial accounting and controls background
ACA or ACCA First Time Passes
Ambitious individual who is self-motivated
Ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business
Excellent analytical skills
