Finance Director (Maternity Cover Contract), Marketing Consultancy, up to £120k plus benefits

FD role reporting into the CEO of a Global Strategic Communications Agency. The role leads a team of 12 across Finance and Operations for a brilliant purpose led business. With a strong Head of Finance and Commercial Director you will be part of the Executive Team with a broad set of responsibilities across team management, accounting & control, strategy & planning, HR & Operations and Group level reporting.

Some of the key responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead the finance and operations team
• Responsible for companywide accounting, reporting and compliance, including complex international challenges and the Audit period from Jan ’21
• Key point of contact with the Group PLC team
• Responsible for bringing finance to life for the Board and Senior Management. Supporting the CEO and MDs on strategy and planning
• Drive profitability through effective management of a sizeable 5 year retained contract along with multiple ad-hoc projects
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Large scale systems and process improvement task

We are looking for a proven Marketing Services senior finance leader with significant international experience. You will be passionate about doing things to the highest standards, systems savvy and an expert in financial control, reporting and commercial finance in an agency.
