Our newly acquired PE backed Financial Services client require an Interim FD for 3-6 months initially.
The role will be supporting the PE fund in gaining insight and rigour across the finance function. The role will be based in Luxembourg and must be based within a reasonable commute as an office presence is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Validate the current financial accounts; unearthing the true data and providing real financial insight
- Develop budgeting and forecasting processes to give the PE fund confidence in the future business projections
- Ensure regulatory compliance; implement and drive the correct controls and processes to support this
- Establish a best-practice finance function, meeting the needs of the ongoing business growth
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant
- Demonstrable experience developing management information and financial insight for Private Equity stakeholders
- French speaking, with local residency
