This entrepreneurial high growth, SME manufacturing business is looking to recruit for a Financial Controller to support the CFO with management reporting, commercial analysis and projects across the business. This a diverse role that involves managing a finance team to prepare the numbers, but also has a business partnering focus.
This a key role in the Finance team the main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and consolidating monthly accounts, including commentary.
- Business partnering sales and operations teams
- Manage and lead a finance team of 6
- Assist the CFO with major projects including acquisitions, systems improvements and improving the management information pack for the board
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious qualified Finance Manager with experience in fast paced, SME business with broad skills and a the ability to build relationships from the shop floor through to senior management. Good Excel skills and solid financial analysis capabilities are also vitally important.
