Interim CFO West Yorkshire £700 to £1000 a day Three to Six Months
Private equity backed our client is a consumer facing manufacturing business backed by a highly regarded and outstandingly successful private equity house . It is a “ buy and build “ , has a record of organic and acquisitive growth and an ambitious executive team capable of running a substantial business in the future .
Key to its success is its acquisition strategy which entails completing the purchase of a European entity which is important to its future ambitions and transformative by nature . These initiatives stretch management resources and necessitate the appointment of a well rounded and commercial Interim CFO .
The individual appointed will be proven in ideally a private equity business but if not will have a strong background in M&A and the successful integration of acquired businesses . In addition it would be helpful if he / she will be experienced in Europe ideally in Eastern Europe and preferably Poland . It is possible that this role may become permanent.
