TAX REPORTING MANAGER

Following recent changes in legislature and increased regional activity, our client, a FTSE 100 PLC engaged in the engineering sector, is looking to expand its Head Office reporting team with the hire of a Tax Reporting Manager. Reporting to the Group’s Tax Reporting Manager, the main duties of the role include:

• Establish and manage the group reporting response in relation to the OECD Pillar 2 obligations.
• Manage the interaction between the OECD Pillar 2 accounting requirements and group annual accounts reporting.
• Analysis of the financial and practical implications of new OECD tax Proposals.
• Provide tax reporting support to local accounting teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent tax accounting skills, possibly acquired in house with a large multi-national group or through a tax auditing role with an international audit firm. They will be of graduate level with a professional tax and / or accounting qualifications and around 5+ years post qualification experience. The candidate will also need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a complex multinational environment, be a Self-starter with proven strong project management skills.
