Want to work for a business that cares about more than the bottom line? Not found the right role yet that values your passion and commitment? Want to work for a great business that will develop your skills and abilities, build on your financial experience and support your career aspirations? Then this is the opportunity you have been looking for. With flexibility on where and how you work – from home, hub or mix of both, it’s a role with meaning and you will be making a difference to thousands of customers our client supports across the North West.
Supporting the Finance Team Leader, you will work proactively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional, customer focussed expenditure service, using your own initiative and working independently to solve problems and deliver to deadlines. You will be an experienced accounts payable assistant looking for your next step up or an experienced accounts payable officer looking for a fresh challenge. Either way, you will be committed to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and nurturing and enhancing relationships with suppliers. You will have knowledge of accounts payable systems, be able to read, understand and interpret financial information and produce statistical reports. You will also have experience in making a positive contribution to the Expenditure team responsible for making payments, allocating and reconciling accounts.
Whatever you are looking for, our client will give you not just flexibility on where you work but a great benefits package including a company pension scheme, life assurance, employee assistance programme and 25 days holiday year plus bank holidays. Our client will also support the perfect candidate in achieving their professional qualifications and provide coaching and mentoring from CIMA / ACCA qualified staff.
Please note that applications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews conducted on a rolling basis.
Our client is passionate about inclusion and they’d love to hear from people from diverse backgrounds for this role
