A fantastic Management Accountant Opportunity for a growing construction business has become available for a Part Qualified or Qualified Management Accountant. The role will lead the month end process for a new division that has tripled in size in the last 3 months and is due to triple again in the 6 months.

Your new role
As A Management Accountant you will have full ownership and accountability for the month end reporting for the division. Based in the Head office in Marlow you will engage with key stakeholders and support their business decision making by producing accurate month numbers that allows you and the business to identify opportunities.

This role offers the opportunity to put your own stamp on how the business operates with you review and implementing new processes and systems. You will also look to build a strong finance team that will support the business as it grows.

What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for a Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant either from practice or industry and someone who has a desire to progress and grow their career. Knowledge of month end accounting and process improvement is key and someone who can operate in a strong and diverse environment is crucial to you being successful in this role.
