Head of Finance – 37.5 hours per week, £45-£50k per annum plus staff benefits

The Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Head of Finance who will be responsible for managing the finance functions of The Lowry.  The role will have responsibility for financial control and reporting business wide, including payroll.  The Head of Finance will manage, lead and develop the finance team, to ensure the provision of an excellent service to the business.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a finance leadership position and hold a CCAB qualification.  The Head of Finance is required to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and to support heads of department outside of the finance function. The Head of Finance will have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation relating to finance management and business systems.
