Your new firm
A well established and highly reputable independent firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a newly or recently qualified accountant to join their corporate services team in their Liverpool office. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant seeking a varied role with a clear career path.
Your new job
As an Audit Senior you will undertake a range of auditing assignments. You will be responsible for leading the audit assignments from planning stages through to finalisation and also managing some of the smaller audits. You will also have management responsibility for the junior staff whilst undertaking fieldwork on client site.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking for either an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who has worked within general practice for at least 4 years. You must have prior experience of undertaking audit assignments and ideally you will be able to demonstrate previously experience of leading audits. The firm will consider both auditors from either a Big 4 / Top 10 Accountancy Firm or from a smaller independent who are looking to develop their audit skill.
