The Opportunity 

This is a brilliant challenge for an ambitious and modern-thinking qualified finance professional. 

You’ll be joining a super fast growing PE-backed business (headcount has doubled in less than 2 years - from 90 to 180 - and turnover is expected to treble from £15m now to £50m+ in the next 3-4 years)....

Your role is supporting the FD to develop the controls, reporting and MI to better suit the needs of a group which is delivering this level of growth both UK and internationally. Managing the routine reporting plus taking strategic projects off the shelf. They are penetrating international markets which offer hugely exciting scale up opportunity and you’ll need to be someone able to keep pace wth the accounting challenges that this poses. It’s a chance to really understand and experience the growing pains and the solutions required in a business delivering major growth. 

It will give you all the tools you need to become FD in the next 3-5 years basically.

You need to be

You need to be a professional, intelligent and technically strong ACCA / ACA qualified finance professional (ideally with a practice background). Good knowledge of accounting standards is required (UK GAAP / IFRS) is required. 

1st or 2nd step possibly - or just a really driven and dynamic FC looking to be in a PE business growing at mega pace.

You need to love change, love swift decision making and you'll probably be someone who hates red tape. Chance to really make a difference both to your own skills and to the business.
