Interim CFO required for this PE backed business to guide them through an potential Exit. The business is an SME manufacturing business with an international presence. As the interim CFO you will guide the business through the potential sale and support the integration of a European acquisition. The role would require some travel out to mainland Europe.
The role could become a permanent role if either, the sale does not happen at this time or if the sale completes and you stay on with the business. It is essential that you have experience in a PE backed business, have led through a sale and also have manufacturing and international experience.
