Management Accountant role for a company based in Oldbury - QBE or Qualified Salary £35000 plus 25 days

Your new company
Hays are working with a SME company with a diverse portfolio in the services sector based in Oldbury. The company have experienced strong growth and are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join a busy and well established finance team.

Your new role
As Management Accountant you will work with a select portfolio in the group and be responsible for a variety of duties including:


  • Month end closing routines with inclusion into board pack and commentary.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Year end stat reporting and liaising with external auditors
  • Quarterly VAT reporting
  • Budgets
  • Cash flow monitoring and reforecasting.
  • Foreign exchange dealings forward buying
  • Credit card and expense claim monitoring and processing
  • Overseas VAT
  • Any other external reporting
  • Various ad hoc monthly routines to support local management




    • What you'll need to succeed
    You will be a Qualified or QBE Management Accountant experienced in a SME environment and looking for an interesting and diverse role. Good systems knowledge and excel is beneficial.

    A package around £35000-£38000 plus benefits.
