Finance Analyst

Aila is excited to be exclusively partnered with a leading, fast-paced international recruitment business in Berkhamsted on the recruitment of an AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis in an analytical capacity.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will support the business through the collation and provision of insightful financial analysis and aid the production of monthly management accounts. Also delivering informative financial reports to support the information needs of various levels of management throughout the organisation.
You will have the ability to work well under pressure, have a methodical approach to work and be diligent and professional with excellent attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling monthly income of c.£10m sales and c.£8m of cost of sales between various income streams
- Managing income recognition and posting income accruals/balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing and distributing the production of weekly forecasts/KPI reports
- Reporting on actual results and forecasts for various business units
- Aiding the production of monthly board reports
- Updating and creating various operational reports for different Practices within the Group
