ABPM Recruitment is retained to recruit a CFO for an award-winning technology company whose success has been founded on successfully addressing a number of green energy problems. They have achieved this through innovation and design which has led to an international platform and commercialisation already.

On the cusp of the next phase of growth and fund raising, they wish to appoint a business leader who is qualified accountant to be the partner of the CEO. Reporting to the CEO, Board and shareholders, you will be responsible for the further development of the finance management infrastructure, business systems and the teams for the organisation as it accelerates its growth plans with further fundraising to build upon the existing commercial and operational successes to date. You will lead the Finance and Operations functions as part of an enthusiastic and energetic leadership team.

If you have experience of successfully scaling businesses, leading fundraising activities, as well as thrive on being hands on, managing and coordinating diverse functions and want the opportunity to lead both strategically and operationally to ensure the long-term success of a newly created organisation, this is the role for you.
