Financial Controller required for a fast growing construction business based in the West Midlands. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for all financial matters as highlighted below:
- Oversee all company accounts and investments
- Financial modelling for project appraisals
- Management of the finance team
- Lead on efficiencies of process and systems
- Review project profitability and work with project leads to understand variances and put corrective action in place to maximise profitability whilst still delivering excellence
- Provide the Board with insightful KPI's
- Provide strategic and operational financial support in any future investment activities
- Ensure all statutory compliance
The successful Financial Controller will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years PQE. You will ideally have worked within the construction sector or project led environment.
