FP&A Analyst

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Leamington Spa based IT Services business in the recruitment of a FP & A Analyst.

You will be working within this superb business with an international parent company offering hybrid working and excellent benefits.

This role will involve developing robust business cases for the commercial operations of the business, drive improvements in reporting and KPI management and help implement and improve software processes.

We are looking for a qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA with advanced IT skills (SAP would be an advantage)

Key duties will include:

• To provide reporting and regular financial oversight and control over the progress of each business case including alignment with SAP - reporting and tracking of resource cost
• Provide financial support for tenders/bids, margin calculation and significant pricing developments
• Financial support and analysis to all parts of the business including Group on an ad hoc basis
• Interpret and communicate financial data with non-financial managers
• Develop, communicate and monitor KPI's and create new reports that will enable senior management to make key decisions
• Assistance with preparation of annual budgets/forecasting
