On an exclusive basis greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Group Financial Accountant to work with a business in Cannock.
Duties of the role will include:
1
Preparing Subsidiaries monthly financial accounts - profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow for parent and funding provider.
2
Assisting with quarterly balance sheet review of Subsidiaries
3
Liaising with Subsidiaries to enhance and improve processes and reporting
4
Preparation of group and subsidiaries financial statutory accounts
5
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS,UK/US GAAP)
6
Oversee intercompany accounting activities; raising settlement invoices, ensuring entities are settling debt and profits are eliminated for group consolidation.
7
Methodological approach in maintaining appropriate records for audit purposes.
8
Assist with the on boarding of new acquisitions.
9
Assist with the calculation of long funded lease tax calculation.
10
Assist with the preparation of UK Corporation Tax Returns

Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA
*
Could be a first / second mover from practice
*
Strong technical background with group experience
