FP&A Manager – Projects

Partner Financial are currently working with a listed global ecommerce business. This complex organisation has operations around the world and is now embarking on their next phase of growth. The business has a clear strategic agenda to achieve market excellence and will be delivering against this ambitious agenda by further investing and developing their technology powered, industry leading customer experience online. Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, you will work closely with regional FP&A teams, the CFO and Management Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing detailed P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow analysis, while providing insights on business trends, risks and opportunities
• Providing accurate and timely information to the Group CFO and Management Board to support decision making
• Working closely with the Group IR Director to support external results announcements
• Leading the development of a new system functionality for FP&A

Project Focus:

• Establishing and managing a Group capital investment appraisal process, covering both pre and post investment appraisal
• Improving Group Capex reporting and Capex budget accuracy
• Enhancing and developing marketing analysis across the Group, focusing on ROI metrics
• Improving Group inventory analysis and insight

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience of delivering across project orientated positions
• Extensive experience across FP&A
• Highly analytical, able to draw conclusions from large data sets
