Debt Advisory Associate

This highly regarded Independent Corporate Finance House is looking for a talented and ambitious recently qualified ACA (or equivalent) to join its Debt Advisory team.

Working as a part of a small but growing team the role will be varied and challenging and will involve a full range of Debt Advisory projects including finance raising, refinancing, restructuring and acquisition finance. Projects will often involve working closely with the M&A team.

The successful candidate is likely to be newly or recently qualified ACA (or equivalent) with a strong academic background and c2 years experience gained within a related area - namely Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Restructuring or Financial Modelling - probably within a Big 4 or Big 6 firm or equivalent. Candidates with a Leveraged Finance background will also be of interest.

Proven communication and client handling skills, commercial awareness and the ability to take on responsibility are also required.
