Our client is an expanding Private Equity backed business based in Greater Manchester.
The business requires a Financial Controller who can commence work within 4 weeks with a view to becoming permanent in the role in due course.
Reporting to the Finance Director, in addition to assuming responsibility for the day-to-day financial management and financial control of the business there is a need to lead a project to upgrade the finance system to Sage 200.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) with prior experience as follows:
- Financial Controller in a mid-market sized business (ie £20m to £50m turnover), and/or;
- Experience in a multi-site business would be beneficial, and/or;
- Experience of working in a Private Equity backed business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Private Equity backed business in a key finance role with a view to supporting it all the way through to exit.
