Axon Moore are partnering with an exceptional marketing leading high growth PE backed retail business at very exciting time as they aim to double in size over the next 12months through both acquisitions and organic growth and continue on to IPO by the end of 2022.

You will be responsibility for commercial analysis and budgeting and be heavily involved in an upcoming transaction which is targeted for the end of 2022. You will also be heavily involved in a large number of projects including acquisitions, business improvement and exit readiness. This role reports directly into the CFO and is a highly commercial role supporting the exit process and the Financial Controller in the reporting aspects of the exit process.
Salary – £70k - £85k depending on experience.

Main Duties
- To work with the Commercial FC and Financial Reporting FC through the transformational period of growth.
- To take ownership of the regular budgeting process incorporating acquisitions as they arise.
- Support the business in an exit process across all areas of due diligence including Commercial, Legal, Financial, Insurance etc.
- To support the Financial Reporting Financial Controller in the reporting aspects of the exit process in particular as we ready for the IPO process.
- Support ongoing acquisitions: identification, assessment and their subsequent integration including supporting an integration plan.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives and subsequent implementation.
- Development of the internal board reporting and responsibility for the commercial aspects of the monthly board packs.
- Support the Senior Management Team and work with the CFO on the development of the business.
- ACA qualified with a background in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
- Self-starter, commercially focused and solution orientated
- Excellent communication skills, able to converse at all levels throughout the business.
- Challenge the status quo and look to improve the reporting environment.
- Self-starter and able to prioritise work load.
- Excellent Excel skills and good IT skills generally.
